Chilli powder - 1 tbsn or as per taste

Coriander powder- 1 tbsn or as per taste

Pepper - as per taste

Lemon or lime juice - as per taste

Method :

Pressure cook or Pan cook the following :

mutton, ginger garlic paste(apply ginger garlic paste and mix well with hands, squeezing the lamb),salt(little)
and water

Cook until lamb is soft

Once it is cooked,

Heat a pan, add oil ,add garam masala and add the cooked lamb...

If there is any excess water in the lamb after cooking, add that too

add salt

Taste and add salt little by little to suit your taste

You can go easy on the chilli powder and put more pepper powder

Once most or the water is gone, add little oil and pepper powder and a few drops of lemon juice and

stir fry for a couple of miutes and remove from heat and serve....

Garnish with coriander leaves............

Serve hot with rice,roti,chappathis,dosas,idlis...
